Iseonna is a dedicated Social Worker with a passion for supporting youth and families through life’s challenges. Iseonna enjoys the privilege of working closely with Indigenous youth and communities, and approaches this work with cultural humility, respect, and a commitment to ongoing learning. Iseonna strives to create a safe, respectful, and empowering space for clients to explore their experiences and build on their strengths. Iseonna's office is a LGBTQ+ safe space, which means children of all genders, identities, and families are welcome. Her approach is person-centered and flexible and she draws from a range of therapeutic models—including trauma-informed care, strength-based strategies, play therapy, and elements of CBT and mindfulness—to meet people where they’re at. Iseonna recognizes that everyone’s story is different, and she work collaboratively with clients to find what feels helpful and meaningful for them. Above all, Iseonna believes in the power of connection and the resilience of the youth and families. It is an honour to support clients as they heal, grow, and rediscover their capacity for well-being.
