Assessment

Our Approach

We offer standardized, comprehensive assessments that help you better understand strengths and challenges, advocate for the right supports, and guide next steps in care or treatment. Our goal is to give you clear, meaningful information you can use to move forward with confidence.

Please note that while our assessments provide valuable insight and guidance, we do not provide formal diagnoses. A diagnosis must be made by a licensed physician, pediatrician, psychologist, or psychiatrist.

Child Emotional Assessment

We’re pleased to offer a standardized assessment package designed to help parents gain clarity around their child’s emotional and behavioural needs. This is not a diagnostic tool, but it can help identify patterns and guide next steps with practical, personalized strategies.

This package includes a comprehensive report of assessment findings as well as recommendations and strategies that can be used by caregivers, including teachers.

This package is ideal for families who may have questions about:
Anxiety or emotional regulation
Attention and focus (e.g., ADHD traits)
Social or behavioural concerns
School difficulties

Occupational Therapy Assessment

We offer both basic and comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to help families better understand their child’s unique strengths and areas of need. Our assessments include a mix of play-based clinical observations and standardized assessment tools to give a complete picture of your child’s skills and development.

Families can choose whether they’d like a written report with detailed results and recommendations.
