Step 1: Caregiver Interview - 45 min ($155)

Step 2: In-clinic Assessment – 60 min
The next visit occurs at our clinic. Two types offered (if you are not sure, you can ask your OT during step 1 of the process)

Comprehensive OT Assessment ($570) : For families looking for a standardized assessment and a full profile of your child’s sensory and motor needs, this session provides a detailed clinical picture. A brief summary of recommendations is included, and a full, detailed report is available as an optional $200 add-on. LEARN MORE

Targeted OT Sessions ($155) : These in-clinic sessions combine brief assessment with hands-on therapy, focusing on one goal at a time. We recommend booking at least 2–3 sessions to start, so we can track progress and adjust strategies as your child develops new skills. This option is ideal for families not seeking a full sensory profile or detailed report, and want to target practical skills like shoe-tying, pencil use, or daily routines. For those looking for a comprehensive, detailed report, the Comprehensive OT Assessment is required

Step 3: In-clinic Treatment– 60 min ($155)
Treatment sessions occur one-on-one at our clinic. Together with the OT, a determination will be made regarding how many sessions and how often.
