Over the past 31 years, Dana has worked in a various clinical settings including primary care, hand rehabilitation, community care and inpatient and outpatient paediatric rehabilitation. Her previous paediatric experience includes working with children with various neurological, orthopaedic and developmental conditions including cerebral palsy, spina bifida, spinal cord injuries and acquired brain injuries. Dana is passionate about her work with children with various functional abilities including those with issues with motor skills and coordination, difficulties with sensory processing including picky eating, challenges with focus and attention and struggles with self-regulation and behaviour. Many of the children that she sees have suspected or formal diagnoses including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), sensory processing disorder (SPD), attention deficit/hyperactivity) disorder (ADHD), developmental coordination disorder (DCD) and dysgraphia and other printing issues. Dana provides assessment and treatment in the clinic setting and also offers the option of home visits in the Strathroy area (pending her availability). ​Dana's ultimate goal is to support children to achieve their fullest potential.

Tania has over 35 years experience working with children and their families. She has work experience in an NICU and follow up program, early childhood and school age services. She has specialized training in working with children with various types of eating challenges. Additionally, among her numerous other advanced trainings, she is also certified in NDT and specializes in the assessment and treatment of infants and young children. Tania offers comprehensive OT assessment of your child’s gross and fine motor skills, sensory processing and self care skills including eating, dressing, toileting and sleep. Following the assessment she will collaborate with you on an individualized treatment plan for therapy. This will include working with you and your child to support functional progress in each of your goal areas through direct intervention using a playful child centered approach, as well as providing you with strategies to support progress with the transfer of skills to your home and community. During her free time, Tania loves to spend time with her family. She enjoys hiking, skating, cooking, and reading and she designs cards for classes that she teaches.

Courtney has experience working with individuals of all ages, with a passion for working with children. She admires their honesty, curiosity, and playful energy. Courtney has experience conducting sensory assessments in school and home settings. She believes that the sensory system plays an integral role in children’s ability to learn, develop, and regulate. Courtney has training in coping with anxiety and autism, mental health first aid, principles of healthy child development, coaching in early childhood, and Learning without Tears. She is also passionate about working on handwriting and fine motor skills - she loves to find unique and creative ways to help children reach their goals!

Runda Ebied is a mother of two children and a paediatric Occupational Therapist. Runda currently works with children with various needs (sensory, emotional, academic, developmental and physical). Runda works primarily with children who present with emotional regulation needs, behavioural needs, sensory processing, attention, executive functioning and fine motor needs. She uses a collaborative approach wherein she involves the child, their caregivers and teachers in supporting the child in their various environments and with their needs. Runda uses components of play therapy in her practice, as well as various social-emotional learning techniques to support her clients. Runda is also able to focus on children’s fine motor and handwriting needs and devises programming to help improve their skills in an engaging and effective manner.

Breanne is an occupational therapist and neuroscience researcher passionate about bridging brain science and clinical practice. She holds a Master of Science in occupational therapy from the University of New Hampshire (USA), a Master of Research in Cognitive Neuroscience from University College London (UK), and a PhD in Neuroscience from Western University (Canada). With over 10 years of experience working in schools, early intervention, and clinic settings, Breanne specializes in sensory processing, attachment, and how the two interact to form a strong foundation for neurodevelopment. As a lifelong learner, Breanne has also pursued advanced training in sensorimotor-based interventions at the STAR Center in Denver, Colorado, under the mentorship of Dr. Lucy J. Miller and Dr. Lisa Porter. From a child-led, play- and relationship-based approach, she emphasizes connection, regulation, and joy in the therapeutic process. Breanne is also actively engaged in research using neuroimaging to explore the neurobiology of sensory processing and the effects of mind–body treatments, particularly in individuals impacted by trauma-related conditions such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Outside of the clinic and lab, she loves to move through running, cycling, traveling, climbing and yoga, but also finds balance with baking, piano playing and creative writing.

Melissa is an Occupational Therapist and mother of two children. She has 15 years of experience in the field of Occupational Therapy and has a passion for supporting adults and children alike as they work towards their goals. Melissa obtained a Master of Occupational Therapy (Wayne State University) and a Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health (Notre Dame of Maryland University). Having worked primarily in neuro-rehabilitation (brain/spinal cord injury and stroke), she has a long list of continuing education courses with a focus on rehabilitation, nervous system regulation and integrative health. These include self-regulation strategies and clinical applications of polyvagal theory for children and adolescents, craniosacral therapy, mindfulness, integrative nutrition and acupuncture/acupressure. Melissa also has experience with the Learning without Tears Program, selective eating and is currently pursuing certification in the Ayres Sensory Integration approach. Melissa takes a gentle, trauma-informed approach in supporting children and their families through occupational challenges that can arise in day-to-day life. Through curiosity, meaningful interaction and relationship building, Melissa focuses on a holistic, play-based and sensory integrative approach to addressing gross/fine motor, sensory, behaviour/self-regulation challenges.
