We offer three core therapy modalities at our clinic: Occupational Therapy, Social Work Counselling, and Registered Behaviour Analysis (RBA). Each of these services is tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients across the lifespan. Our clinic is thoughtfully designed to support children, teens, and adults in a welcoming and developmentally appropriate environment, ensuring that every individual receives personalized, effective care in a space that feels safe and supportive.
RATES
​Social Work Counselling

$165-180 per 50 minute session - Each therapist has an individual rate determined by the therapist’s level of experience, training, and professional certifications. To view a specific therapist’s fee, please click on their profile within our booking page.​

Occupational Therapy

$180 per home visit session (limited availability) plus $40 per 30 minutes of travel to and from the home.​​

$235 - Letters and documentation requests (e.g., OAP letters or treatment summaries for schools) are completed as part of a scheduled visit to ensure they are accurate, current, and aligned with your child’s goals.

What’s included:

60-minute in-clinic session to review goals, clarify the request, and gather updated information

30 minutes of dedicated documentation time to prepare the letter

This is billed as a 90-minute OT session ($235). Structuring it this way may better support insurance reimbursement, as many providers do not cover documentation completed on its own. It also ensures documentation reflects an active therapeutic relationship and up-to-date clinical information.

Due to high demand, some services have a waitlist.
Our center has a 48 cancellation policy(full session cost if cancelled less than 48 hours in advance)to protect appointment timeslots for waiting families.
We do not offer direct billing. Please contact your benefit provider to inquire if the services you are seeking are covered as every benefit package is different. A receipt will be emailed promptly after payment, which you can then submit to your insurance provider for coverage.
We request all families provide a credit card that will be securely stored in our confidential records. This card will be charged after therapy or assessment sessions, for missed appointments, and late cancellations.
We ask that payment be completed immediately prior to or following sessions. If payment is not received within 48 hours, future appointments will be cancelled.
If you prefer to pay with a debit card, please inform the therapist; however, a credit card must still be kept on file.
