Denise Pallister

Clinic Manager

She, Her

Helping Your Family Feel at Home

Finding the right support can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re not quite sure where to start. You may have questions about which therapist is the best fit, what type of service your child or family needs, or what to do when something isn’t going as expected. Having someone who knows the clinic well and can help you navigate those questions can make all the difference.

As Clinic Manager, Denise is here to ensure families are supported from their first call and throughout their experience at Brilliant Minds. She knows each of our therapists, understands their individual strengths and areas of expertise, and specializes in helping families find the right fit. With her extensive experience working with children—including previously owning a daycare—Denise genuinely loves seeing children come through the doors of the clinic.

As a mom herself, she understands how important it is for families to feel comfortable, heard, and cared for.

Denise brings a professional, kind, and thoughtful approach to everything she does. Whether you’re calling with a question, looking for guidance, or need help working through a concern, she is always happy to listen and help find a solution.

Outside of the clinic, Denise enjoys spending time with her family and friends, loves animals, and can often be found camping, gardening or upcycling furniture.

Here to Help You Find Your Way

When you’re searching for support for your child, your family, or yourself, finding the right care can already feel overwhelming. The last thing you need is to feel like you’re just another appointment on a calendar. You deserve to be welcomed with kindness, patience, and genuine care from the very first interaction.

That’s where Ashleigh comes in. Bubbly, warm, and always ready to help, she is often the friendly face and voice welcoming families into Brilliant Minds. Whether you’re unsure which therapist is the right fit, have questions about appointments, or need help with an invoice, Ashleigh is here to make things feel a little easier.

With her strong administrative skills and caring approach, Ashleigh can help connect you with the right therapist, assist with invoicing, and manage your appointments so you can focus on what matters most—getting the support you need.

From your first call or email, Ashleigh is here to listen, answer your questions, and help guide you toward the right next step. She has a soft spot not only for children, but for animals of all kinds. When you’re in the clinic, feel free to ask her about her pet cat—he’s adorable!

A Message from Martha: Why I Built Brilliant Minds

A Love Letter to Children and Their Caregivers

I believe every child is special and deserves to be surrounded by love, understanding, and people who truly see them for who they are. When we meet children where they are—and connect with them through play, exploration, movement, and curiosity—we can create a space where they feel safe enough to heal, grow, and become who they are meant to be.

Brilliant Minds is my love letter to the caregivers of London and beyond. I see how hard you work. I can only imagine how much you worry, how many appointments you juggle, and how much you want the very best for your child. You deserve a place where you can walk through the door and feel that your child is understood—a beautiful, welcoming space designed with children and families in mind, where you can wait comfortably, be part of your child’s session, and have access to some of the best therapists in London.

This clinic is deeply personal to me. It reminds me of my own mother, who took me to countless appointments when I was a child with leukemia. I remember what it meant to have someone beside me, advocating for me and making sure I was cared for. I also remember the wonderful nurses, physicians, snack ladies and all the staff at Victoria Hospital who made 'chemo' not so scary with their smiles, finger puppets, stickers, and art therapy.

Brilliant Minds is my way of giving that same care back—to you, to your children, and to every family who walks through our doors.

With great love and gratitude,
